At Jamie Young, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in the original manufacturer's box with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
