What is the typical lead time for shipping?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces or lighting fixtures, delivery can take between 2-4 weeks depending on your location and the selected freight carrier.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to addresses within the United States and Canada. For other international inquiries, please contact our customer service team to discuss specialized freight forwarding options.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture items and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are your products handcrafted?
Yes, Jamie Young Co. prides itself on using unique materials and artisanal techniques. Because many of our items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected and celebrated as part of the piece's character.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery progress.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can expedite a replacement or refund for you.
